Explanation of Legal Fees

We price our Attorney Fees and refunds for 3 groups of clients

Group 1 “Excellent Probability Applicants” – Full refund will be offered.
Group II “High Probability Applicants” Partial refund will be offered.
Option III “Very Good Applicants” Partial refund my be offered

Apart from our attorney Fees mentioned above, the following additional fees should be considered:

USCIS Fee: $
Premium Processing USCIS fee
Premium Processing Attorney’s fee

Based on our evaluation of your credentials, if we determine that you have at least a good chance of approval, one of the above level of services may be offered to you.

Once you have filled out and sent your Free Evaluation request, we try hard to reply with our assessment within 24 hours during our business hours.

The following is an overview of how the process works:

You must complete and submit the FREE EVALUATION form to start the process.
We will evaluate your credentials and if necessary, send a request for further clarification.
In certain cases, we email our Retainer Agreement if our assessment shows Excellent Probability.
Once our office has been retained, we begin our work in earnest.
We will set up your case and email a list of documents needed to proceed and our questionnaire.
Instructions on how to upload documents will be provided.
Instruction on how to obtain the recommendation letters will be provided.
You will work closely with our attorneys to prepare your case for filing.
Once our case is ready, we will invoice you for the balance of the attorney fees and USCIS costs.
Your package will be sent to USCIS once it is ready, and all fees and costs are paid.
